My friends and I dropped by for a drink and found that the kitchen had already closed, but since we weren't hungry, it wasn't a big deal for us. We were surprised to see the place transform into a lively club after closing time, with the noise of tables and chairs being moved around. Despite the loud atmosphere, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making Rookies one of our favorite spots in Visalia for a casual hangout.
