The food from Soul Cocina at the Durham Farmers Market was absolutely delicious. I ordered online and picked up the frozen dishes, which made it easy to transport back home to Buffalo. The squash and poblano enchiladas with creamy cashew sauce were a standout, and even my non-vegan family members enjoyed them. The food is vegan, gluten-free, and lovingly made by Silvana and her team, offering a convenient and flavorful option for weekday meals.
