Ms. Sophie's food is absolutely delicious! I first discovered her at Cotswold Food Truck Friday and have been seeking out her Soul Rolls ever since. The combination of fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and greens inside the roll is simply divine. If you come across Ms. Sophie's food truck, be sure to stop and indulge in the flavorful dishes she offers.
