Driving all the way from Northampton was totally worth it for the amazing Vietnamese food I devoured-crepes, pho, and that iced coffee had me hooked instantly. The fried wonton shrimp arrived sizzling with a sweet-spicy kick, and my bun bowl with grilled pork and spring roll was a flavor bomb that made me rethink all other versions I've tried. Between the friendly service juggling a lively banquet and the fresh, fragrant broths, I'm already plotting my next delicious visit!
