The quality here is fantastic, and as a vegetarian, I feel like I've found a little slice of heaven, though I do wish there were more meat options. The soups are crafted with such depth and complexity that they always impress, and whenever I'm feeling lazy, I swing by to grab something new or exciting. It's hard to believe Farm Country Soup and Bakery has only been around for almost a year; their bread is the best I've ever had, and last week's lunch to go included irresistible brownies and delicious quesadillas stuffed with caramelized onions and potatoes.
