My recent trip to Panera was a pleasant surprise, with friendly staff and tasty food that made the experience enjoyable. The young guy who took my order was cheerful and efficient, which is rare for early mornings, and I got my meal quickly. I've been a regular at this location for years, and it's great to see the positive changes in service and management-definitely looking forward to my next visit!
