Mountain Club has combined the fancy dining vibe of Seasons Restaurants with the chill aprí¨s-ski feels of Johnny Corduroy at Black Diamond. You can munch on salmon with orange vinaigrette and roasted veggies while sipping a Jí¤gerbomb or dig into buffalo chicken fingers served fancy-style. Food is tasty and straightforward, like perfectly cooked salmon and a yummy Caesar salad with or without 'chovies. Jeremie and the dinner crew really aim to make your meal magical, especially those turnips - they really want you to love those turnips! Breakfast is laid-back but still nicely presented, with a hearty buffet or a la carte options to fuel you up for a day on the slopes. It's a bit pricier than off-campus spots, but totally worth it if you're staying at Mountain Club.
