We recently had a wonderful dining experience with the new chef showcasing impressive talents. The salads we ordered were made with fresh and interesting ingredients, and the scallops served on a bed of ginger purí©ed sweet potatoes were exceptional. Our desserts included beautifully presented strawberry shortcake and perfectly caramelized flan, complemented by a glass of Decoy Cabernet.
