After unexpectedly discovering the early closing time, the gracious bartender served us an excellent Pumpkin Martini in a romantic atmosphere, and throughout our stay, Chef Jim Fargo and his talented team impressed us with consistently delicious meals-from award-winning fish chowder and perfectly prepared steak frites to generous breakfast prix fixe options-while the warm, attentive staff, intriguing historic ambiance, reasonable pricing, and unique international flair of the servers made every visit thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.
