Chef Alyssa and her team provided clear, timely communication and exceptional, delicious food-such as lobster mac & cheese and mini beef wellingtons-delivered hot and on schedule for multiple events I hosted, including a family gathering, a wedding, and a wedding shower, while handling unexpected challenges with professionalism and making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from planning to clean-up.

When I called Chef Alyssa to discuss ideas for a family gathering, she was super professional and responsive, making the planning so much easier. We picked up our takeout order of lobster mac & cheese, chicken marsala, and roasted veggie ragout, and everything was hot and ready right on time. My guests loved the food, and I can't wait to work with her team again for our next event!
