My family and I had a blast at this lively spot in Old Orchard Beach called Tequila Frogs. The nachos are a meal on their own, and my husband and daughter couldn't get enough of the quesadillas while I devoured the delicious chicken tinga tacos. The service was speedy, and we loved people-watching from the outdoor seating area, making it the perfect laid-back choice for a post-beach lunch or dinner.

While in OOB we ate one of our first nights there and decided on an outside table. The first table had a portable fan blowing the smoke from one of their smokers away from the customers and was quite noisy so we asked for a different table which was near a huge exhaust fan from the inside cooking area, I'm not sure which one was worse but we stayed seated there. I had a Brisket sandwich with pickled onions and mac and cheese and my wife had a Pulled Pork with coleslaw and fiesta rice both of which I would rate a 4 it was excellent. So revisited later in the week and none of their smokers were going so we sat outside again and I ordered the same sandwich with seasoned fries, it was absolutely terrible. The meat was dry and it didn't have any onions on it, by the time our waitress revisited to check how we were doing and I asked for the onions I was almost done eating. I told her I ordered seasoned fries and got regular she said they are seasoned with salt so guess I paid extra to have them put the salt on. It wasn't cheap and I don't mind paying if the food is good but being so inconsistent is unexceptable. I would be very reluctant to go there again.
