The pasta and flavors are exceptional, especially for those with dietary restrictions. While I appreciate the convenience of their filled pastas, the cost can be a bit steep compared to homemade alternatives. Despite the price, I have great admiration for their dedication to quality and ethos. I hope they continue to thrive and expand their availability in more locations.
