I stumbled into the store today and was surprised to find it had been transformed into a Latin market/restaurant, even though the sign outside still read "Homemade Pirogi." Thankfully, a staff member reassured me that they still sold pirogis, but they were now frozen instead of fresh. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and always make sure to stock up on their delicious flavors whenever I visit, especially the sauerkraut and potato cheese ones.
