The mangu with onions is creamy and delicious, and the chicharron is amazing. Coffee varies by maker, pernil and beans are bland, and no hot sauce is available.

The mangu with onions was absolutely delicious, with a nice and creamy texture that I enjoyed. While the pernil and beans were a bit bland, the chicharron was a standout dish that I loved. The lack of a menu and the need to guess at the cafeteria-style layout added an element of adventure to the dining experience, and the flavorful food made it all worthwhile.
