Our team was working outdoors in the hot sun, and one of our co-workers forgot her lunch. I had no idea she was Kosher. She usually brings her own food, while the rest of us eat a catered meal, and never complains. I felt compelled to make an honest effort to get her some sustenance. It is not easy to find Kosher food in this part of New Jersey. Thankfully we found Tokyo Hibachi! The food is always delicious. The store is clean and staff helpful. We have catered small parties as well. Always done nicely. This place was great. 4 stars for great but not perfect. The hot n sour soup was awesome. The plain lomain was super tasty/no frills and we loved it. The wonton soup was very bland. There's your imperfect. Best part - told the server (who may also be the owner) that we were in a rush and all the food came out in no time. Nothing about this place says Tokyo or Hibachi but we had a great experience. Great food and we have been coming for years!
