Today the Sunday, I was there with my family at the time when they were cleaning up/finishing up the Buffet and I was told that sorry they cant entertain us for the Buffet, so we asked them to serve the food from the regular menu.
As I have ordered 2 butter chicken and 1 Karahi Ghosht; but instead what the waiter brought were 2 Tikka masala and a mutton curry.
So I went to the counter and told the owner/lady; but she told me 'once you order and we delivered it to your table than we cant exchange or return it', even though I told her we never touched the food.
As a matter of fact, the minute I have seen the food on my table, and confirmed with the waiter, I went and tried to resolve the issue.

First, the owner lady confirmed what I have ordered and told me this how we cook the Karahi Ghosh here in our restaurant.
So I was upset and told her that even it doesn't look the same from the showcase counter I have ordered, so her answer was oh I gave you from the other dish as it was made fresh and she literally starts arguing with me.
This is the prime example of arrogance and rudeness with the poor customer service.
As no food was labeled the name of the dishes, it was difficult to prove but when she charged on my credit card; the name of the dish was mutton curry, not the karahi ghost and the chicken tikka masala, not the butter chicken
As my kids don't eat spicy food, so they couldn't finish their food and as a Pakistani, we always cook Pakistani food in our house and we do know the difference between the foods.
Why be dishonest and forced to eat or purchase something which was not ordered?
Why claim that its a halal food when selling with the false accusation?
Why work with the mentality of arrogance?
Why work with the attitude instead of a politeness and good customer service?
Why charge for something which was not ordered?
Why not have a name tag on all the dishes?
