The freshly made limeade at Rico Taco Mex is absolutely outstanding, and the wait for the freshly prepared food is well worth it. The veggie tacos are possibly the best in NJ, filled with delicious, fresh veggies that truly set them apart. I was pleasantly surprised by the squash blossom quesadillas and the incredibly fresh guacamole - this place truly spoils you and is worth every penny spent.
