This was always my "go to" place. Food never disappointed. The last two times I was there, it was terrible. I'm wondering if Chris sold the place to new owners. I had never seen the guy at the grill before. The guys who worked the grill had been there for decades.I'm giving them one more chance, then 3 strikes, you are out.

Called in to order my food. Got to counter and two workers ( male & female) was chatting with a customer, as the customer walked away, so did they. I went unnoticed . We were all within 4 feet of each other. Another customer walks up. And male worker walks up then, proceeds to ask if she needed help. So I looked up at the sign to see if I was standing in the right spot. Yup, I sure was. Moral of my story is.... customer service is very important!!!
