The food at La Tambora is exceptional, especially their authentic Ecuadorian dishes, which are always hearty and well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed the Bandera ecuatoriana and the empanadas de verde, both of which were impressively seasoned and generously portioned. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by for a delicious meal that showcases true Ecuadorian flavors.
