I attended a celebration at Spring Lake Manor for a friend and follow a special autoimmune diet. The servers were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, even surprising me with fresh fruit for dessert without me having to ask. It was a refreshing and caring dining experience, especially after numerous negative experiences dining out in the past.
