During my first visit to Pizza 1, I was impressed by the hardworking and friendly staff, the generous toppings on reasonably priced slices, the delicious homemade chicken tenders, the great portion sizes, and the overall fresh and flavorful food that made me feel welcomed and eager to return.

Well, this place prior to new ownership on 3/1/2021 was excellent. IDK how something so good could go downhill so quickly. I ordered eggplant parmesan which was excellent previously. The new version was mushy, sauce was skimpy and price was inflated. Ok, everyone has off days. Decided to try something a bit more simple, a calzone. Did you ever have one without ricotta? You will here. It was ok for what it was but not a calzone. Please stick to the past successful recipes if you are going to continue to charge more for inferior quality food.
