Scarpinato's has to be the most unprofessional place that I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered catering trays of food last week for a birthday dinner that I was having. When I got there I was told it would be right out. And then about 10 minutes later, I was told that one of the trays that I ordered wasn't available and they offered me something different . I'm not sure why they didn't call me, I had to give my phone number when I ordered. They then started to cook the alternate item while I waited. Meanwhile my other two trays of food were already done. I only live about 5 minutes away, and when I got home , all of the food was cold. The manicotti that they substituted for the stuffed shells weren't cooked all of the way and the 2 trays of chicken had gotten cold. This is a $185 order not a small order. I have emailed them twice in the week and a half since that day and have yet to get a response. Not only is that rude , but extremely unprofessional. I wasn't going to give them a bad review, I really just wanted an apology but apparently they don't stand by their food or care of their customers are happy.
