Roots offers some of the best warm, deep-fried sushi and hearty noodle soups around Princeton, perfect for treating yourself or sharing with family. The cozy, bright interior and convenient parking make it an easy choice for a casual meal, and the menu has just enough variety to satisfy different tastes, from fresh sashimi to flavorful fusion dishes. Service is generally attentive, and the friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back whenever I'm in town.
