While walking on Grand Street in Chinatown, I discovered a small homemade soy bean shop where I tried their warm soy bean curd topped with fresh Vermont maple syrup, instantly bringing back childhood memories. The service was quick, the tofu pudding was silky smooth, and the soy milk tasted incredibly fresh and rich-definitely something I'll be coming back for every time I'm in the neighborhood.
