I found this cute little spot with a minimalistic vibe, serving up great iced coffee and delicious pastries. The barista is quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices - less than $9 for a coffee and a pastry. It's a nice, quiet place for a simple breakfast, with a friendly waiter and a modern, relaxing atmosphere.
