The new location on Speedway Bay Street offers a range of flavorful dishes, from the crispy beef to the mi fen, both rich in taste. The Lychee soda was a refreshing choice alongside the standard Cali roll, making it a satisfying meal for the family.

I don't ever do this because I don't like to denigrate someone's livelihood, but in this particular case, I felt very compelled to do so.
I've eaten at the Bay House Bistro many times, and most times I've been very disappointed and unsatisfied, BUT I go back because I give them a chance thinking maybe this time it will be better. After the last time though, I will NEVER frequent this restaurant ever again. Everything is OVERCOOKED, their shrimp, beef, chicken, everything. I ordered the Mongolian BBQ beef and it came in cubes instead of shaved beef, and I couldn't chew it at all. I returned it for the chicken and the same thing: chewy and overcooked. The same with the shrimp. WHY do they insist on overcooking their food? How they're still in business is beyond me. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like chewy and overcooked food.
