This hidden treasure is perfect for takeout, and I've been enjoying their oxtail, stewed chicken, curried chicken, and more for a decade. The veggies are always cooked to a soft perfection, and I can't wait to try the sprats, which remind me of my favorites from Jamaica. In a neighborhood full of Jamaican spots, Island Breezes 2 stands out, especially with its fantastic fried chicken and codfish that keep me coming back for more!
