The customer service at Melt Shop is exceptional, with the General Manager, Que, standing out for his engaging and respectful interactions with both staff and customers. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the Burger Melt with Wagyu beef, which was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu options while enjoying the friendly atmosphere created by the wonderful staff.

The customer service at Melt Shop was truly exceptional, with General Manager Q standing out as one of the best managers I've encountered in a long time. He took the time to provide recommendations and ensure every customer was well taken care of, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The food, including the Burger Melt, Herb Parmesan Fries, and Buffalo Chicken Melts, was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations, making it a must-try for anyone looking for a satisfying meal at the mall.
