When I'm in the mood for authentic Fujian cuisine, this local spot is where I head. The food here brings back memories of the homemade dishes my mom used to prepare for us. I always go for their three dish and one soup combo priced at $16.95, but be prepared to speak Fuzhou dialect or Mandarin to place your order as the menu is only in Mandarin and the staff doesn't speak English. The soup with tofu and clam is a personal favorite of mine, and the fact that they make it fresh to order sets this place apart from others in the area.
