The food at Little Eva's on Governor's Island was surprisingly delicious and well-prepared. The chili had a flavorful blend of cumin, and the loaded fries were perfectly proportioned with cheese, gravy, and pulled pork. The outdoor seating area was cute, and despite the prices, the food was fresh, tasty, and served with a smile.
