Whenever I head to the New York Food Court, I always make a beeline for the 8090 Taiwanese food stall at the end on the left-hand side. My go-to orders are either the sizzling Taiwanese style pork chop with black pepper sauce or the fish thick noodle dish. The pork chop dish requires a $5 deposit for the hot plate skillet, and the sauce is the real star of the show, while the fish thick noodle soup is a comforting and hearty option.
