I had an amazing experience grilling my own skewers with a variety of delicious options like beef, lamb, and squid, all lightly marinated and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food authentic and satisfying, and the refreshing jellyfish salad and cold noodles were perfect accompaniments to the meal.

Grilling your own skewers at Ming Xing is a blast! The variety of food options is impressive, and you can choose to cook them yourself or have the staff do it. While the service was quick, I wish they had offered water when we sat down. Definitely try the jellyfish salad for a refreshing break from all the skewers - my top picks were the beef and lamb!
