The food truck I tried had a really good torta de quesillo for only $7, it was a big portion and had a lot of beans, avocado, and quesillo. I liked how fresh the ingredients were and they had a lot of other vegetarian options on the menu. The red sauce was so tasty with a nice smoky flavor, and I would ask for extra next time.
