Since the mid-90s, I've enjoyed consistently excellent American-style Chinese cuisine here, with generous portions served piping hot and made from quality ingredients. The Kyong's chicken, spicy and flavorful, along with favorites like Cashew Chicken and Beef and Broccoli, always satisfy my cravings for classic Springfield-style Chinese fare.
