This local bar offers a unique experience away from the typical tourist venues, featuring friendly bartenders who share tips on town activities and live music from local bands. The large back deck showcases a whale vertebrae and provides ample space for dancing, horseshoe pits, and community barbecues where everyone contributes. With a casual, welcoming atmosphere, a great selection of drinks including local honey mead and beers, and an engaging crowd, it stands out as one of the best hangouts in Homer.

This local bar is a great alternative to the more touristy spots in town. The bartender was friendly and shared some helpful tips about the area. The unique decor, like the large whale vertebrae on the front deck, adds to the bar's charm.
