I randomly swung by this joint after grabbing breakfast around 10 am on a Friday morning (it's practically happy hour for me since I work nights). Stayed way past my bedtime until 2:30 pm, but had a blast hanging out with the regulars - the staff is super friendly and always ready to get you another drink, plus you can order food from Joe's Deli right next door.
