Last evening, my 30th birthday party dinner was hosted at Black Iron Bystro, where Bryan was incredibly accommodating and flexible with rescheduling due to conflicts. The four-course meal, each paired with a specialty cocktail or wine, was meticulously prepared, with special attention given to providing mocktail options for a pregnant guest. The attention to detail in the planning and preparation of the food was truly impressive and greatly appreciated.
