Dirty Harry's always seems to draw complaints from folks around here, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's a budget-friendly spot where you can shoot some pool or darts, grab a bite to eat, and mingle with some interesting characters. Plus, they have a free buffet on Fridays that shouldn't be missed. When I'm looking for that local, down-to-earth vibe in State Square, I head over to Refs. It's a no-frills bar where you can chat with friendly regulars, catch a game on TV, shoot some pool, and enjoy affordable prices. Just be prepared for the smoky atmosphere and watch your step on those stairs!
