great food

Visited the Evergreen for the first time in about 40 years. Was elated to find that it's still owned by the same family as I remembered Same homey atmosphere. Same warm friendly people and staff
The menu is great. The beer is cold. Not a fancy place but far from a dive bar
Being raised in Point Breeze this place has always been an institution. I missed it. It won't be so long in between my next visit.
Do yourself a favor. Drop in and enjoy. A little bit of "Cheers" in the Burgh
