I went to 18 Bay with my family for a celebratory dinner two weekends ago. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Cacio e Pepe pasta. The owner was really nice and made sure to have a genuine conversation with us and all the other guests. The menu changes often, so I'm already thinking about going back.
