We ate at Alex's a few weeks back and there was a long blonde hair in my food. They apologized all over the place and gave us our food gratis. Today we went back and most of the servers had long hair --hanging all over the place....no hair nets...just HAIR loose and waving around in the breeze. I find it disgusting ! We will not go back there.
