I visited the local deli near Sandy Beach resort and discovered they didn't have a grill for an Egg sandwich, so I struck up a conversation with the owner. I promised to return for their Italian Combo at lunch, as being a former northerner now living in NC, I rarely find a satisfying Italian sub. Upon trying the Italian Combo for $11, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and the fresh ingredients, making it one of the best I've ever had, even compared to those from NYC. I look forward to returning to Myrtle Beach just to indulge in this delicious sub again, as it's worth every penny for the quality and quantity offered.
