I won a prize pie by reviewing books at the library nearby, and to my surprise, it was a Jambalaya Pie from Paul's Pot Pies. Despite never hearing of this place before, I decided to give it a try, and it was absolutely delicious! Due to various events keeping me busy, I haven't had the chance to return yet, but I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more of their pies.
