Dear Taco Bell,

You are loved by your customers and some small changes could take you to the next level.

It's tough to be great every day however, I have had enough.

THE MEXICAN PIZZA MUST BE GREAT. CRISP, FRESH, WITHOUT AN OVERABUNDANCE OF SAUCE AND BEANS.

THE STEAK MEAT IS BITTER AND HARD AND DISGUSTING.

THE GROUND BEEF IS ORANGE AND COLD.

I have noticed an improvement and the drinks are perfect. Your customer service and drive thru window communication is amazing. You are rolling the tacos neater and ensuring that we have sauce, napkins, and spoons.

I would like for you all to fold the bags and apply the logo sticker. It should look neat and clean. No balled up wrappers and wrinkled bags.

The wait is unbearable however your friendly greetings make it worth it.

The grey chicken is inedible.

Hard dry KFC biscuits have to be thrown away.

We can see that you are trying however I know this restaurant and this location can achieve 5 stars. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
