Big Tex Burger has the biggest and best burger I've had in a while, freshly made to order. I also tried the Christmas Eve prime rib buffet, which was fantastic-especially the shrimp boil. Although the parking and seating could use some improvement, the food and friendly staff make it a must-visit on my trips.
