On a recent trip to North Georgia, I dined at Bluefin with a friend after a day of hiking and was thoroughly impressed by the experience - it's a must-visit if you find yourself in Gainesville or passing through. The spicy Thai basil fried rice and the crab rangoons were standout dishes that left a lasting impression, along with the bing bang shrimp and sushi selections that were also delicious.
