The food here is consistently delicious with generous portions that often leave enough to take home, and the service is friendly and attentive even during busy times. The extensive menu offers a wide variety of comfort foods, including standout items like the juicy Patty Melt and unique desserts such as baklava cheesecake and Oreo pie. Every visit feels like a classic diner experience with great value and a warm atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more.

This location keeps people on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. The employees cannot resolve customer issues and the manager on 12/26/2020 between 9:00-10:00 p m was rude and refused to resolve an issue of missing food during a delivery order. When asked if the restaurant could remake the food, she said there was nothing they can do. It is not the customers problem when the restaurant and delivery service cannot coordinate and make sure the customer receives their food. Terrible service and not the first time!!

Thanksgiving was challenging this year due to family illness .I made the decision to cater the thanksgiving meal I spoke with Brenda at City Cafe in Cleveland.She was kind, attentive,and understood the importance of a meal for 10 on Thanksgiving day.She took the time to repeat the order I called in and made certain that it was correct.When I picked up the order everything was as I had asked, an associate helped carry my order to the car. My family enjoyed the ham and yummy pies. Thank you Brenda for helping make our holiday much easier.
