I understand things happen, my experience at this Wendy's was awful, I understand in a busy work environment how things get overlooked, we traveled 30 minutes to pickup some dinner always always check your bags when getting food from this Wendy's. I called to speak with the Manager who was very unhelpful I assume I was speaking to the manager when the guy ask who was calling I told him a customer then he said I am the manager. he could have cared less about my complaint. I will never visit this restaurant again.
