You will be so pleasantly surprised by the quality and the quantity of the mozzarella used. Small places like this are so so so much better than the big chains. I take my grandaughter to Jaxe Pizza every time I babysit. Going to try a calzone today, but we've had their outstanding pizza's many many times. Highly recommend!
