Went at 5:00 p.m. We suffered through our meal to the accompaniment of 3 noisy loud screeching toddlers right next to our table near the bar, front of restaurant. We were seated at a small tiny round table; not enough room. I had 1/2 lettuce salad and it was fabulous. My spouse had steak, it was served just the way he requested; sweet potato fries were great. I ordered vegetable panini which when served looked like a cold pizza, not like a side of panini bread usually is presented; major disappointment on that. We figured, it's mother's day, difficult for servers. We decided we'd come back for another try at a good meal when things were more normal. What really TURNED US OFF was when, at the front business desk on our way out, we asked for a business card listing all the restaurant contact data for future reference, and we were abruptly and rudely flipped off by an employee who could not be bothered making it crystal clear we were in her way. GOOD BYE forever, too many other nice restaurants around to go back to Stockyards.

First I want to say I’ve always enjoyed your food and service but Sunday the 23rd not good. I didn’t say anything to our waitress because she was not at fault. We actually had 12:15 reservations but got there at noon and was seated outside. We were actually the only ones there at that time which was surprising that our meals were not cooked right. Both my wife and I ordered the 8oz sirloin cooked medium and both were cook med well or well done. No pink in the steak showed at all and was very dry. The Beauregard’s who were with us hand prime rib ordered med and their’s was rare.We don’t mind paying good money for good service and food but we drove and hour from Port Orange to go and it was really disappointing.
